General Information

• 1. Abstract submission is available for International and Local Delegates.
• 2. Abstract submission must be completed via our online platform by specified deadlines only. Abstracts sent via e-mail will NOT be accepted.
• 3. Please use Biodendrimer2025 templates and follow our guidelines. Each abstract will be reviewed. Submissions will be rejected or returned if they do not comply with our requirements.
• 4. All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline, otherwise, their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn from the program.

Abstract Submission Guidelines

• 1. Abstract must be prepared using Biodendrimer2025 abstract template. Please do not adjust page margins or other formatting.
• 2. Abstract must be submitted and presented in English only, include no more than 4 keywords and may include one graphic.
• 3. The dimension must not exceed one A4 page, and the file size must be no more than 1 MB.
• 4. Abstracts should be submitted only by the presenting author. Each presenting author can only submit one abstract.
• 5. Name your abstract file as Lastname_Initial_Abstract.pdf OR Lastname_Initial_Abstract.docx.
• 6. The abstract should follow the specified format. Please download abstract template from the link below.

Biodendrimer2025 Poster Presentation Guidelines

• 1. Poster panel: vertical poster panel.
• 2. Recommended poster orientation, size: Portrait, 90 cm wide x 120 cm high.
• 3. Poster presentation must use provided adhesive/pin only.

Confirmation Letter of Submission

• 1. An Acceptance of Abstract submission will be automagical shown in Account details once the submission is completed successfully.
• 2. If a Confirmation Letter is not received after the completion of the submission process, it is advised to log in to the Biodendrimer2025 website to check if the abstract has been submitted successfully.

Terms and Conditions

• 1. Abstracts accepted for the conference are subject to the “Transfer of copyright”. With the submission of an abstract, the authors agree to the transfer of copyright.
• 2. The Corresponding Author has the right to grant, and does grant, on behalf of all authors an exclusive license on a worldwide basis to Biodendrimer2025 to publish the abstract (if accepted) in any media and to exploit all subsidiary rights.
• 3. Information on accepted abstracts will be available online about two weeks prior to the conference.
• 4. All co-authors must be added to prevent omission from all publications and the author index.
• 5. The submission of an abstract constitutes a formal commitment by the presenting author to present the abstract (if accepted) orally or as a poster in the session and the time assigned by the Biodendrimer2025 Committee. We therefore recommend that submitters of abstracts register for the conference simultaneously with the abstract submission.
• 6. Scheduling of poster sessions and oral presentations is at the discretion of the Committee. Abstracts will be organized into sessions according to the symposia topic the abstract is finally categorized into.
• 7. If the presenter does not register for Biodendrimer2025 by July 15 2025, the abstract will be withdrawn from Biodendrimer2025.

Abstracts not adhering to these terms will be rejected. If you do not agree with any of these rules, you should not submit an abstract. The final decision about acceptance of an abstract will be taken by the Biodendrimer2025 Committee.
